inwise LTD, (“inwise”) provides an AI marketing cloud platform for businesses to digitally communicate with their customers.
This policy does apply only to the information of inwise and does not apply to the data that our customers use in out services.

inwise operates according to all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy protection regulations of the State of Israel.

Definitions

The System” and/or “the Website” and/or “We” refer to the website www.inwise.co.il and the cloud marketing system for businesses app.inwise.com, operated by the Company.
System products” include campaigns, landing pages, forms, and mobile messages such as SMS & WhatsApp.

This privacy policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the system and utilises the terms defined therein. Consequently, it should be read together with the Terms of Use, and the privacy policy document is considered an extension of the Terms of Use.

    We utilise the personal information collected through our Website and System for various business purposes, as described below. We process this information based on the following legal grounds: your consent (“Consent”), our legitimate business interests (“Business Purposes”), the necessity to enter into an agreement with you (“Contractual Purpose”), and the information required to fulfil our legal obligations (“Legal Reasons”). We specify the processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

    By using our services, you hereby grant the Company permission to store your details in our databases for the purposes outlined in this section:

You can unsubscribe from our marketing mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link or by emailing us at the address provided in this document to express your disinterest in receiving such messages.
        2. To send reminder messages or administrative messages for business, legal, and/or contractual purposes, including updates on purchases, System activity, new features, and changes to Company terms and policies. You can opt-out of receiving these messages through the System interface, but please note that it may affect your use of the System.
      4. Publishing your name and logo of your business/company in our customer list.
      5. Publishing recommendations with your consent. We may publish recommendations on our Website and/or System that may contain personal information. Before doing so, we will explicitly request your consent to use your name and the recommendation you provided.
      6. Protecting and managing the Company’s information security systems, for both business purposes and/or legal reasons. We may use your data as a part of our efforts to prevent unauthorized data leaks and tracking (For example, to prevent tracking and the unauthorized leakage of data to third parties.).
      7. Responding to legal requests and preventing damage for legal reasons. In the event of a subpoena or other legal request, we may review the data we have collected to determine the appropriate response.
      8. Other business purposes: Your information may be used for additional business purposes, including data analysis, identifying usage trends, assessing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and evaluating and enhancing our websites, products, applications, services, marketing, and user experience.
      9. In addition to the above, the Company may use the collected information in accordance with the provisions of this policy or any applicable laws for the following purposes:

        11. Utilizing external interfaces for marketing and advertising (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google), which may involve transferring details to those interfaces.
    3. How we use the information we collect – about Contacts
      1. Since our users are the controllers of each such database stored in our Systems and they are the sole determinants of what information, and personal information, will be stored there, by them, for their exclusive use, inwise acts solely as a processor in handling this personal information of Contacts. We do not possess any rights to utilize this information, except for storing and processing it within our Systems as part of the Service we offer our Users. We kindly request our Users not to include sensitive personal information in the aforementioned data, in accordance with the applicable laws.
      2. At all times, our Users retain ownership and control of their lists and the information contained within those lists. inwise does not contact these Contacts in any way, nor does it share, transfer, rent, trade, sell, or otherwise utilize in any other way email addresses and/or any other information loaded and saved by a User within the inwise Systems. We are not authorized to make changes to this information, which remains securely stored on our Systems.
      3. Aside from granting permission to specific service providers who may occasionally assist us in delivering our services, such as message sending providers.
  3. How to update or delete informationIn accordance with the rights of data subjects (individuals for whom information is collected) as stipulated by the relevant law:
    1. Visitors:
      Visitors can update, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information, as well as inquire about the type and nature of the information retained about them by sending a written notification to the Company’s Information Security Officer at the following address: support@inwise.co.il
    2. Users:
      Users of the Company can access, edit, view, update, or delete their information at any time by logging in with their username and password to the System. For information that cannot be edited or to request the deletion of specific information, Users can contact us at support@inwise.co.il
    3. Contacts
      Personal information of Contacts is stored in our Systems by our Users. We do not have a direct relationship with these Contacts, and we are not authorized to perform any modifications of such information stored in our Systems. When a Contact wishes to perform an action, such as updating their details, they must contact a User within the system (controller). Additionally, Users can independently add a removal link and update details in their lists.
  4. Will your information be transferred to third parties?
    We may share or disclose the information of Visitors, Users or contacts to third parties in the following situations:

    1. We may disclose your information when required to do so by law or in order to comply with applicable laws, government requests, judicial processes, court orders (such as responding to a court order or subpoena, including as a response to public authorities).
    2. We may also disclose your information when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action in response to potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, threats to safety, illegal activities, or as evidence in legal proceedings in which we are involved.
    3. When using external interfaces (such as: artificial intelligence – AI, photo editing), we may transfer content and statistical data to these interfaces, but not personal details of Contacts.
  5. Is your information transferred to parties outside of Israel?
    Our servers are located in Israel, and we have a process in place that backs up the information to AWS servers.
  6. How long do we keep your information?
    1. We will keep your personal information only as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax purposes, accounting requirements or other legal requirements).
    2. In case we have no continuing legitimate business purpose for processing your personal information, we will delete the elements of information that are no longer necessary and make them anonymous, or, if this is impossible (for example, because your personal information is stored in the Company’s backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any access by a party and/or System that performs further processing of the information until possible deletion.

  7. How do we keep your information secure?
    inwise is ISO 27001 certified by IQC for information security. The Company implements rigorous information security systems and procedures within our System and Service, including the use of secure communication (SSL) for transferring sensitive information. The Company makes significant efforts to preserve and secure information, however, it cannot provide an absolute guarantee of its security or protection from unauthorized access. By using our System, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to its use.
  8. Cookies
    The system uses “cookies,” pixels, and Clear GIF technologies for its regular and proper operation, including the collection of statistical data about system usage, verification of details, and customization of the Website to your personal preferences and for information security needs. Modern browsers offer options to avoid receiving Cookies. If you are unsure how to do this, please refer to your browser’s help file.
    The Company may allow other parties to manage the array of advertisements within the System. The ads you may encounter while visiting the System originate from the computers of these parties. To manage their advertisements, these parties place cookies on your computer. These cookies enable these parties to gather information about the advertisements you have viewed. The use of cookies by these parties is subject to their own privacy policies and not to the System’s privacy policy. For example, you can refer to Googl’s privacy policy on this matter.
    The Company may utilize “remarketing” services to display relevant and tailored content to users who have previously visited the System. Through remarketing, these users may come across text ads, image ads, videos, and other media tools from the Company on third-party platforms, including the social network “Facebook,” the “Google” company system (such as YouTube), the Google Display Network (GDN), and/or through advertising tools like “Adwords” and/or “Adsense,” among others.
    The synchronization of COOKIE identification and registration can occur through a form or any other applicable method.
  9. Links to other websites
    Please be aware that when visiting our Websites, you may encounter links to other websites beyond our sphere of influence. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these external websites.
  10. Accepting the conditions
    By using the Website and/or System, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy and the terms of use. If you do not agree to this privacy policy or the terms of use, you may not use the System. If you continue to use the System or Service after the publication of this privacy policy, it will be considered as your full acceptance of this privacy policy.
    Any action on the Website and/or the Company’s System is subject to the provisions outlined in this document.
    Anyone who performs any action on the Website and/or System certifies that they have carefully read the details of this privacy policy document and that they accept everything stated in it without reservation. This privacy policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Users of the System. If you do not agree with any condition of the terms of use, please refrain from using the System.
  11. Changes to the privacy policy
    The Company may change the provisions of the privacy policy periodically. We recommend checking the privacy policy regularly to stay updated. You are responsible for checking the privacy policy and being aware of any changes, as they become binding on you once published.
    The contents of the Website, entirely or partially, including the terms of the privacy policy, may be translated into different languages using various translation tools. However, the Hebrew version of the Website’s contents, including the terms of the privacy policy, takes precedence and is binding on the Company. Any translations into different languages are provided solely for the User’s convenience.
