It is our challenge to convert as many visitors as we can, into leads and customers, in the most cost-effective way possible. We are handling that challenge in two main levels:
- Planning and creating personalized and automatic customer journeys – from the “capture” of the visitor to its conversion into a lead and a customer. We are using for that purpose an exciting technology – that helps us to convert as many visitors as we can with minimum defectors .
- Sending “Ad hoc” campaigns – some of them will be planned in advance and in some of them we will be more “spontaneous” according to the opportunity we identify on the spot.
Naturally, this is just a sum-up – actually, we have a lot of creative, planning and building work (campaigns, pop-ups, landing pages, mailings, automated features, and much more), and most important, continuous process of deduction, learning and improvement.
