The Sending Queue
You can follow the sending process in real-time. In the menu (Main Menu - Review Sent Messages), click on "View Sending Process". This will open the sending queue. This is a list of the messages that are going to be sent in the future.

The messages list is sorted by the following categories:
- Confirm?: This column indicates whether the message will be sent or not: the digit "1" will appear to indicate a letter that is being sent (or going to be sent), and the digit "0" will appear to indicate a letter that will not be sent. Users can control letters sending with the management buttons located at the bottom of the page (pause, continue, delete). Check the relevant line and click on one of the buttons
- Account code: Name of the account owner and the account code.
- Group: If the letter has been sent to a recipient group, its name will appear here.
- Query: If the letter has been sent to a segmentation, this column will show the segmentation name.
- Subject: Letter subject.
- For send: How many recipients didn't receive the message yet.
- Sent: How many recipients received the message.
- Timing: When will the message be sent (immediate \ scheduled sending)
- Priority: Sets the order of messages sending. Upgrading message priority will bring forward its sending.
Pay attention: It's not possible to stop a message during the sending process. It can only be deleted. You also can't change the priority of a message during sending.
