Question: I sent a test and received it after quite a while, is it normal?
Answer: Try sending a test to another mailbox. If it arrives fine, there might be a temporary problem with your mailbox. If it takes long time no matter what mailbox you send it to, try changing the SMTP server you use for test (or contact support). It also might be some temporary problem, try again in a few hours.

Question: I try to send a message to a real group, but I see in the 'confirm?' column in the Outbox is '0'. When I change it to '1' it changes back to '0' by itself. What's wrong?
Answer: Check whether the message you want to send exists and valid. Also check with the support center whether your account is allowed to send out email and wasn't blocked for some reason.

Question: I sent an e-mail to a group that contains 5000 recipients, but only 4000 actually received it. Why?
Answer: Few reasons: 1. Some of the recipients in this list removed themselves from your mailing list. 2. Some of the recipients bounced more then 3 times and the system would not send e-mails to them for a three months period. You can find the reason to every recipient in your sending report.

Question: I sent an e-mail, but for some reason I didn't receive it, why?
Answer: Maybe you accidentally removed yourself from the list, or maybe you already received this e-mail? The system would not send an e-mail twice to the same recipient.

Question: I sent an e-mail, and one of my recipients didn't get it. I checked the unsubscribed list, and I also see he did get other mailings. What could be the reason he didn't get one specific e-mail?
Answer: It is possible that some of the e-mails sent to him bounced from his mailbox, and the system has temporarily stopped mailing to that recipient. You can check the 'Defined Bounced' in your message report, and see whether he's in that list. You can reset his e-mail in his details page.

Question: I have a follow-up mailing set to be sent out at the registration date. I've imported a new recipients' list today, but I see the message still wasn't sent to them. Why?
Answer: A follow-up mailing is set to be sent on a specific hour each day. Once that hour has passed, the system will not try to end it again until the next day. If the list was imported after that hour, the e-mail will be sent and the following day.

Question: I sent an email to a group with 8000 recipients, but the report says it was only sent to 400. How is it possible?
Answer: When there is such a big difference, with no obvious reason, that might be because of a temporary problem in the mail server. You can e-mail again to that group. Recipients that already received the e-mail will NOT receive it again. |
