Recipients Management
In the "General" box you'll find some basic segmentations of your recipients. In the bottom of the page you'll find your groups and folders.
Clicking on one of the groups, will open a management page of the group. On the top of this page, there are few management buttons that can help you perform more actions to manage the recipients in that group:

a. Add recipients: This allows you to add more recipients to your group. Clicking this button will lead to the 'Add recipients' page discussed in previous pages.
b. Custom View: Allows you to choose the fields that will appear at the search bar. Those fields will also appear as columns in all the recipients lists in your account.
c. Rename Group: Choose a new name for your group.
