Recipient's Fields Setting


It's possible to set your own fields for the recipient's page. To do so, go to 'Settings' --> 'Field Settings'.


On this page you'll find the different fields which are actually the recipients' details. Notice that there are 3 types of fields: Textual, Numeric and Date.

The most useful fields are text fields.
Numeric fields are used only when you have an intention to do some kind of calculations with those fields.
A phone number for example should be a text field, since it might contain '-' chars. 
You may want to use some date fields, for a birthday field for example.

In order to add a new field click the button "Add" on the bottom of the page.



In the opened bar set the field as following:

  • Field name: choose the code number of the field from a list. You can combine the field name in your messages later on.
    (see "Advanced Options")
  • Meaning (Title): enter the data you wish to insert to this field. Example: "First Name".
  • Type and values: it's possible to create an open field (allows free text), or closed field (choose input from a list). If you choose to add a closed field, enter the values you wish to include in the list. Notice that choosing an open date field will automatic add a calendar to the recipient's form.

 The existing fields are located in the middle of the page. You may edit them:

  •  Edit a field by clicking on "Edit" link near it.
  •  Delete a field by clicking on edit, and then "Delete".
