Question: What is the difference between hard and soft bounces?
Answer: Soft bounce is usually for a temporary reason, for ex., full mailbox, autoreply, etc. A hard bounce happens whenever there's a problem with the domain or the user, (for ex. mail doesn't exist).

Question: Is there a way to make e-mails that repeatedly bounce to be automatically deleted from my list?
Answer: The system automatically stops sending e-mails to recipients that bounced more than X times (you define the number of times), but doesn't delete them, and tries to send to those recipients again after 3 months.
