Question: I imported a CSV file that contained 2500 recipients, but according to the report, only 1500 new recipients we added. How come?
Answer: There are two possible reasons: 1. Some of the recipients appeared in the CSV file more than once, or already exist in your old groups. 2. Some of the e-mails were incorrect and weren't imported.
