Import from File
You may want to import the addresses from a file directly to the system. In order to do so, you'll need to create a simple *.csv file:
a. Open a new Excel document b. Add or copy an email column and as many details columns as you wish (as shown In the image). c. Save the file as *.csv.

Choosing "Import CSV(Excel) file" in the 'Add recipients page, and clicking "Continue" will lead to the following page:

After choosing the file to import and the group to import to, the system will ask you to map the fields. Field settings will be discussed extensively later on, but generally what you are required to do is to match the system fields and the file columns:

Pay attention: Once you enter the page some of the field might already be mapped, since the system recognizes similar names. You have to make sure the fields are mapped correctly.
Next, you'll be asked to choose whether to update details for existing recipients:

Import without update will import new recipients and their details (if there are any) and also add existing recipients to the group you are importing to (those who are not members of that group yet). Import without update WILL NOT update details of existing recipients. Also it will be impossible to view a report for this type of import.
Therefore, in cases you want to update existing recipients or view report after import you will have to choose to update existing recipients' details on this page. You have to take in calculation that import that includes update of existing recipients will take significantly longer and the more recipients you import, the more time it will take.
