Question: I found out that the e-mail address of one one of my recipients in incorrect. How can I locate and fix it?
Answer: Go to 'My Groups', click 'General group'. Search the recipient with the incorrect e-mail. After finding it, click 'Edit' to correct his e-mail. Note that if you found an incorrect e-mail in a report, you can click 'Edit' Directly from the report.

Question: I set few fields using 'Fields settings', but I don't see any of my fields unless I click a recipient to edit it. Why is that?
Answer: In order to avoid big tables overloaded with details, it is possible to choose a custom the view of your tables. In order to add fields to that view, click 'Customize view' (When you are in a group) and choose the fields that will appear in that tables.

Question: Can one recipient be a member of more than one group?
Answer: Yes. You can choose the groups the recipient will belong to in the recipient page.

Question: How can I remove a recipients from one mailing list without removing him from other mailing lists?
Answer: Go to the 'edit recipient' page. In order to remove the recipient from one mailing list, you need to uncheck the unwanted group in the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.

Question: I have an external group in my account, that I'd like to delete since its connection no longer exists, but the 'delete' button is accessible only when entering the group, which is impossible. How can I delete it?
Answer: When trying to enter nonexistent group, and alert will pop, to inform you that the connection no longer accessible. This alert will also contain an 'enter' link that will allow you to enter the group and delete it.

Answer: Find this recipient in your account, using the search bar in 'My Groups' page, then click edit and check the group you want to add the recipient to. |
