External Groups
In big organizations which have their own customers' database, it is possible to integrate this database with inwise mailing software.
The data will not be imported into the system but will be accessed remotely. All the data will be updated automatically in the system according to the changes in your database. It will be impossible to edit your database using the inwise system.
After setting an external group you may view the lists, segment them and send them e-mails.
Editing however, will be done only by your management system (CRM).
