External Groups Reports

There are few important issues to pay attention to when we talk about external groups reports.

Unlike in regular groups working with external groupsis a little different. To keep the report reliable, it is important to create a new message for each external group.
Meaning if you want to send the same message to three different external groups you have to copy it three times to get a reliable report (unlike to regular groups where you can send the same message to as many groups as you wish).

Note: There is no problem sending the same mail to few segmentations that have been executed on the same external group.
