Editing a Message In The Content Editor

Inwise editor is simple-to-use, yet allows adding complex components to your message.

In order to create message in the editor, choose creating a message from a blank template.

On top of the editor page, you can change message details. Under that, you'll find the main editor window with the editor toolbar.

Detailed instructions for the complex components in the text editor are available in the appendixes chapter.

Text editor includes special option of auto-text. These are actually several code fields, which can be added to the message. During the sending process, these fields will be changed into real content. Right click on the text window will reveal the existing code fields:

The fields in the bottom are the recipient fields (as defined by you earlier). The field you'll add will be changed into specific recipient detail during sending process.

The upper fields are default service fields you can integrate in your message:

 #OpenTheMail#

Inserts "transparent indicator" in your mail that can notify the system every time a recipient opens the mail.
This action allows the system to produce "opening rate" after the sending.

 #LongUnsubscribe#

Adds link that allows the recipient to remove himself from distribution.
User can change the link label in the settings menu.

 #unsubscribe#

Adds the address line (not a link) for users who wish to remove themselves from distribution.
Fits for users who wishes to design the link by themselves.

 #ClickifNotSee#

Adds a link to your mail for users who can’t read the mail. Clicking on the link will transfer the recipient to an on line version of the message. You can change the link label in the settings menu.

 #ClickifNotSeeShort#

Adds address line of your message online version.
Fits for users who wish to design the link themselves.

#Print#

Adds an icon of a printer to your email.
Allows you to track the recipients that printed the message.

#SendToFriendLink#

Adds a link that allows the recipient to send the email to a friend.
User can change the link label in the settings menu.

#SendToFriendVisual#

Adds a link that allows the recipient to send the email to a friend.
Fits for users who wish to design the link themselves from the editor.
