Editing a Message In The Content Editor

inwise editor is simple-to-use, yet allows adding complex components to your message.

You can always use the editor in order to change your messages.
Click "Edit Message" in the main menu and choose the message you wish to edit. After editing, save the message.

Before choosing to edit a message please note the following:
Messages list is sorted to "Draft" messages (haven't been sent yet) and messages that have been sent to test group.
Editing a message that have been sent to test group will put the message back to 'draft' status and will obligate you to send it to a test group again.

This is the edit page:

On top of the editor page, you can change message details. Below, you'll find the main editor window with the editor toolbar.

Detailed instructions for the complex components in the text editor are available in the appendixes chapter.

Text editor includes special options for auto-text. These are actually several code fields, which can be added to the message. During the sending process, these fields will be changed into real content. Right click on the text window will reveal the existing code fields:

The fields in the bottom are the recipient's fields (as defined by you earlier in the 'Fields settings'). The field you'll add will be changed into specific recipient detail during sending process, for example "Hello #field1#" will be replaced with "Hello George", if the recipient's name is George.

The upper fields are default service fields you can integrate in your message:

 #OpenTheMail#

Inserts "transparent indicator" in your mail that can notify the system every time a recipient opens the mail.
This action allows the system to produce "opening rate" after the sending.

 #LongUnsubscribe#

Adds link that allows the recipient to remove himself from distribution.
User can change the link label in the settings menu.

 #unsubscribe#

Adds the address line (not a link) for users who wish to remove themselves from distribution.
Fits for users who wishes to design the link by themselves.

 #ClickifNotSeeLong#

Adds a link to your mail for users who can’t read the mail. Clicking on the link will transfer the recipient to an online version of the message. You can change the link label in the settings menu.

 #ClickifNotSeeLink#

Adds address line of your message online version (as a simple text, with no link).
Fits for users who wish to design the link themselves.

#Print#

Adds an icon of a printer to your email.
Allows you to track the recipients that printed the message.

#PrintShort#

Adds address line the recipient need to use to print your message (as a simple text, with no link).
Fits for users who wish to design the link themselves.

#SendToFriendLink#

Adds a link that allows the recipient to send the email to a friend.
User can change the link label in the settings menu.

Adds a note in the subject that notices the recipient that the following email message contains commercial content. You can edit this note in your account settings.

#AdvertiserDetails#

Adds to the message your organization details. You can edit the details in your account settings.
