Creating a New Group
This is one of the first and main tasks in the system. You can open as many groups as you wish. There is more than one way to add recipients to your groups. On top of groups page, you can find the management buttons. Clicking on " Create a New Group " will open a new window.
Here you can enter your group name and define in which folder to save it. Folder is a space where you can save several groups. Example: if you wish to separate between different agents that are working with you, you may open a folder named "Agents" and create in this folder several groups: local agents, international agents, etc.
Clicking "Create a new group" will open the following window:
Once you gave a name to your new group and chose a folder, the group creation is completed. Click on the "Create list and exit wizard" button. Now you may start inserting recipients into your new group.
