When i try to install it says "could not move files" and it stops at the first file a6.xml. I saw another topic here and it says to remove old versions, but i do not have any other version, and when i try to remove it says ok, but when i go for a new install, it shows the remove topic again. help me!

At the first stage of installtion, try to change the path of the installation. By default, the path suggested is 'C:\Program Files\InwiseDesktop' Try to change it to (for example) 'C:\Program Files\InwiseDesktop2' and see whether the problem repeats.

I have the same error.
Folder name changing do not helps.
When do you solve this problem? Why don't use a normal installer?

According to the support team from Inwise, this error has something to do with the OS-language. Inwise technicians are still busy with development of a proper solution for it. ItÅ› best to install the software on an English version of your OS.

This is correct. You can also try using our online service, that doesn't need to be installed on your PC. You can open a trial account here: http://inwise.com/openTrial.aspx
