Hi Support,
I have just installed the software but not able to send news letter. Getting error "Problem connection SMTP error"

Are you using your own SMTP Server? Or 'Direct sending'. which is the defualt when downloading the software?
If you use your own, make sure it is possible to connect to it from your computer (no firewalls or any other restrictions...).
