How does it work?

Sending SMS messages is done via your regular user account (still don't have one? Open a 30 day trial account for free). Your contacts are managed in this account (for example, your customers) in folders organized as is convenient for you. An SMS can be sent to any contact whose phone number appears in the system.

In order to send an SMS, simply click on "Create a new message", choose the SMS option, write the message and send to the recipient groups you choose - just like sending regular messages.

Personalization and Segmenting

SMS messages only contain simple unformatted text. However, you can easily add the recipients' personal details into the content of the message, such as his/her first name, birth date or email address, by choosing this option from a menu.

Similar to a regular electronic message, SMS messages can be sent according to segments that you create in the system; this enables sending relevant messages in an effective way.

Reports and Tracking

Just like with electronic messages, you can receive detailed reports for SMS messages as well, such as the quantity of messages sent and messages that did not reach their destination for various reasons. These reports allow you to manage your marketing efforts and to broadly see the relationship between sending the regular mail messages and the SMS messages.

Can I use only SMS?

Of course! If you desire, you can enjoy an account that enables sending SMS messages only, without emails.
