What is GoTo Mobile?

GoTo Mobile is an advanced, easy to use feature that allows you to send an SMS containing a link to a message that is designed and personalized for your customer. This is for customers who own smartphones (such as an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, etc.). The recipient receives the SMS from you and clicks on the link, which brings him to a personalized, uniquely designed landing page.

What are the advantages?

The GoTo Mobile feature allows you to simultaneously enjoy both the advantages of sending an SMS and the advantages of sending a designed, personalized HTML message.

There are several advantages of sending an SMS. Many people don’t check their inbox all the time, but usually do check SMS messages immediately, and the SMS is usually perceived as a more personal, intimate form of communication. How does it work?

1. Create a message on the inwise system. You can design the message easily using the built in, advanced content editor, as well as enjoy all of the personalization options. This message will serve as the “landing page” which the customer will reach.
2. Create an SMS message on the inwise system. Now, click the “Add link to message” button and choose the message that you want the SMS recipient to reach (this is the message you created in step 1).
